We primarily focus on London, UK but we can also assist with property purchases across the wider UK and abroad, depending on your needs. If you're looking to invest in other locations, we can provide recommendations and advice on the best opportunities in those regions.

Our fee structure is simple:
Registration Fee: A one-time fee of £500 to begin the search process. This fee is non-refundable.
Purchase Fee: 2% of the final purchase price (subject to a minimum fee of£10,000 upon completion of the transaction.
Rental Fees: If you’re looking for a rental property, the rental fee is a pre-agreed fixed fee and is dependent on the value of the property. Please call to discuss your requirement and timing.

We do not provide legal services, but we will recommend trusted solicitors and legal experts who can assist with the conveyancing process. We’ll liaise with your solicitor throughout the transaction to ensure everything moves forward smoothly.

You can terminate our services at any time, but please be aware that the registration fee is non-refundable. If you cancel after we have introduced you to a property, the purchase fee will still be applicable if you go ahead with the purchase.

As a buying agent, we work exclusively on your behalf, ensuring you get the best possible deal and are fully represented in the buying process. We provide expert advice, assist with property viewings, and handle all negotiations in your best interest.

While it’s not mandatory, we highly recommend that you have a mortgage pre-approval or proof of funds in place before we begin the property search. This ensures we focus on properties that are within your budget and helps streamline the entire buying process once you find the right property.

Yes! We offer advice on property investment strategies, including areas with high potential for capital growth and rental income. We can help you identify properties that make solid investments, whether you're buying for personal use or as part of a property portfolio.

If you find a property on your own, we can still assist with negotiations and the transaction process. However, our purchase fee will apply if we assist with the purchase, regardless of whether you identified the property.

We accept card payments via Stripe, and there will be a 3.5% transaction fee for card payments. Alternatively, we also accept wire transfers. Bank details will be provided for wire transfers upon request.
